2:42 pm - Happy Christmas & New Year
|
My sister and I flew back to Canada for two weeks this Christmas. It was just us though, James wasn't available and Martin spent this year with his family. It was nice to have my sister to myself, that's a rare occasion. My family loaded us with tons of sweets and chocolate, it was hard to pack up everything and I had to bring an extra bag home. I had to bring my mate's laptop to Canada with me to do homework through xmas. Joy..... I still have loads more to do before I go back as well. But I keep telling myself only 6 more months and I never have to go back.
I got jet lag really bad this time and I keep getting painfully tired between 5-7pm then becoming wide awake at 9pm. I manage to get to sleep but then wake up at 4am, then fall asleep and by the time Martin gets up I am dead tired again. That's aside from the general 'Plah!' feeling.
I got a tripod for my camera from my parents [among other things], Martin gave me the Collector's Edition of Hello Kitty and Friends, as well as a World of Warcraft Trading Card Game Starter Pack. A friend gave me a World of Warcraft Art Book, and Breeni gave me a really nice brown bag with Rurouni Kenshin art on the side. That sums up the main gifts I received.
My sister and I teamed together and got mum a dragon statue and earrings, and got dad Ice Age 2 and an Elephant statue. I gave my sister a Pucca Bath set [she didn't have any Pucca stuff yet so she was really happy] and a Bag with Momo [I love Momo!!!!] from Samurai Champloo on it. I was a bit disheartened with one of Martin's gifts because it ended up being broken. But I have promised him a more spectacular Birthday present... It's too bad though.
Aside from food and prezzies, I also had a really good holiday because it was very reminiscent of home when we were all younger. I went tobogganing up behind Arrowsmith with my cousins Christina and Jason and my sister also. Jason took us up in his truck to a spot he and his friends found. But since they had been there the snow froze really hard. So at the bottom of the hill there were dozens of nasty bumps and ice balls. I had so much fun though! One of the first things I did when I got back to England was show Martin all my Battle Scars and Bruises from going down the hill. I don't think he thought it as great as I did. ><
So now I'm back in my shoe-box of a flat where it is cold and dark. Martin's back at work and I have work to do for my dissertation... 6 more months.. only 6 more months....[both a good thing and a bad thing].
Hope you all had fantastic holidays.

10:59 pm - Year End Design Show
|
Today was the very last day of my second year of University. I handed in everything a couple of weeks ago on May 27th and did the last of four Vivas [oral presentation]. This week was the design show, whch my sister spent many strenuous hours putting together with much lack of aid from the other lecturers. Even so, she made the best damn show any of us had ever seen come out of the University or College. I'm so proud. As it was the last day of the design show, our tutors held a small awards ceremony [i nabbed the creative artistry award with the best models etc]. After they gave out the awards Ian [head of engineering [our] department] asked for a big thank you and round of applause... and here i was thinking that he'd finally recognise all the hard work my sister did this year... BUT! he asked for us to thank Sarah. the main second year tutor... and one of the laziest teachers i've ever met. but still i guess she deserved thanx as she was our head tutor. so i expected more thanx to come after this... however, Ian closed his speech with 'have fun at your BBQ tomorrow and walked to the side'... This was when I found myself unbottling 14 years of built up angst [i am fairly shy and keep quiet... but not this time]. I suprised everyone when I yelled:
"WAIT JUST A MINUTE!" and stood up pointing at Ian "I THINK MY SISTER DESERVES A BIG THANX FOR ALL HER HARD WORK THIS YEAR AND PUTTING TOGETHER THE SHOW" now I was extremely happy because I only got to 'my sister deserves' and every other student hollered out and joined in clapping for her. I never even got to finish my sentence. that just goes to show how much she deserved it. she got way more applause than sarah and she deserved it.
Today I appreciated thouroughly appreciated my silence for the last two years at Uni... because no one expected me to shout like that across the show. because ickle international student who never says a thing spoke up, she got immediate attention. and to much hilarity I suprised my sister to hell. she sat right beside me and had no idea who was shouting till i stood up. she just gaped at me.
i feel more accomplished today than all year. i'm glad i stood up for her. I'm so sick of her hard work going unappreciated and unrecognised.
also to much hilarity and all that aside... as soon as i stood up the right hand side of my face froze and mylower eye lid twitchd until the muscle hardened completely and i couldn't even smile. It was really hard to finishe what i had to say.. but in the end i didnt even have to. i hd to sit down after that... i shook more than i did in any of my speaches all year. i was so gutted.
who knew that raising your voice could calm you so much. i have this extremely odd sense of relaxation in the pit of my torso... cann't explain it. the only thing bothering me is wondering whether or not i had a stroke then... ^^

9:23 am - London
|
Went to London on Saturday. Spent the whole day there walking around trying to see things in such an expensive place. We left here in the morning by bus and got there [Victoria Station] just before lunch. Walked up the road to Buckingham Palace and there were loads of people so we guess something was going on. Somehow we managed to see 'the changing of the guards', a daily ceremony. Then we walked through St, James's Park and saw a pelican. Oh yeah, and we also saw St. Steven's Tower and heard Big Ben. Then we walked across the Westminster Bridge and it poured like hell. [A nice welcome.] We got to the London Eye but there were three long lines ups [On to get tickets, one to check bags, and one to actually get on the thing]. So we didn't go. But we saw tons out of the time it would have taken to go on the Eye. We got a day pass for the buses and Underground. So we went everywhere on that. Tried to go to the Millenium Dome but it was closed as far as I could tell. Were really close to the 'Globe' but didn't go there. Maybe next time. Although I thing Highschool force-fed me too much Shakespeare anyway. After that, saw London Bridge. Saw the building shaped like Noah's Ark on the way into the city. Also saw the 'Pinapple Building', Though I say it looks like a Pinecone [it really does].. And the taxi driver that took us to the bus station called it a gerkin. So there have been many different names for it.. Including 'Acorn'... Which is what a guy called it when we asked him where 'the big funny shaped building'was. There was also a very interesting Lloyds building.. it was meant to have the most efficient design for space inside beacuse all of the pipes and air conditioning and stairwells etc. were all ont he outside of the building... it looked futuristic... and damn close to a slapped-together spaceship. What else... went to Trafalgar Square.. [I think that's right]... and saw a HUGE Gay Pride gathering there. This was also right next to the Canadian Embassy. There are actually lots of 'Canada' things in London... A place called Canada Water, and one called Canada Gates... I can't remember anything else. We ate dinner in a Sushi Bar... With all the rotating counder.. ^^ It was great. It was one of our missions to find one. You can't really get Sushi where we live... We make it ourselves every month with a pack.. that's the best we can do [But it's soooo good]. Went to a HUGE Japanese store.. full of Books, magazines, food, computers.... everything. I think that was at Piccadilly's Circus. We were going to go see Madame Tasaudes.. a wax museum james said was really good.. but we got there and it was 24 £ a person... Yeah right.. But in anyone's interest.. it was right next to a statue of Sherlock Holmes... As he lives on Baker's street int he books. Bakers Street was just nearby. MM.. We went to see the parliament buildings.. only the outside though. But there were plenty of signs yelling at Blair perched outside. That was my latest adventure. Soon i'll be going to Canada for a visit... not looking forward to the traveling bit though.. because of bad bus times.. we have to leave here at ... 12:30am monday monday morning and we end up having to wait for five hours till we board the plane.. gah! Oh yeah.. and I was right... we don't get fed on this airline. That is a good thing except fot the fact that it was still expensive and WITHOUT FOOD!... But oh well. at least we can pack our own GOOD FOOD... if the airport people don't have a fit when they scan our over-stuffed food-filled bags.. ^^ I wish james was coming too. Trips are always better with everyone. it's not the same if he's not there. Oh well... he'll be having fun with his family here. Ah! My mum is so silly. I sent her a before and after picture of my hair before I cut it off... she thought it was a picture of me and my sister and told us that we looked like twins... [what a goof]. I really hope she isn't nuts when she's old.

I'm so proud. My sister did so well! She was awarded with the FDSc Design Award [top student] yesterday after the Design Show of the Design Engineering School [our school]. She was the only one to get a plaque! ..Course she doesn't get to keep it.. it's supposed to stay in the school to motivate others... So I bought her a cake.

4:31 pm - Moved to England...
|
First things first... the Airplane: -Got on Thomas Cook Flight and it wreaked from the last flight... [lovely welcome]. -When getting close to England [probably over Ireland] the flight attendant announced breakfast would be served. However she apologised for the confusing-ness of it and said that she "made sure the instructions were on the side of the box". SO we get breakfast and it was CANADIAN!!! [It was a small box of Kelloggs Cornflakes- you guys know the ones-where you cut open the front of the box and then pour milk inside? Well it was that.] So right away Bryony tells the guy next to her how to work the breakfast 'cause he was kind of puzzled...Anyways me and Ni were all proud and ate breakfast faster than anyone else.... yay! Then I leaned over to bryony ans said "I don't think they got it" 'cause they were either still trying to figure out breakfast or eating it dry and out of the bag.... hehehehehe!... We found this quite amusing and couldn't stop laughing for a while.. Plus my orange juice got spilled everywhere because of it. Oh well, good "British" stuff. -Landed in Gatwick and had to argue with the customs person for probably about 30 minutes... After that he stamped my passport wrong and had to run after me to re-stamp it [at least he did that]. He was nice though but he asked so many retarded questions [Like the age difference between me and my sister]. -We were all excited that there would be someone waiting for us to get off the airplane and meet when we got out because my sister's boyfriend was picking us up... well... He was an hour and a half late... nice. So we took pictures of us being miserable and abandoned at the airport. He came later with his friend and flowers for both of us. -Day 2: -Went to the bank here to get an account, brought my passport and my letter of acceptance from the Uni. But NOOOOO! "Ever since Septemeber 11th, [they] need proof of residence" [n'crap]. So today we went to the Uni. to get a letter from them saying I live at [this] address. Then we just got to the bank before it closed and such and the guy says oh you need an appointment [stupid woman who didn't tell us that in the first place] but then we start to talk to him anyways and find out that OH THEY DONT WANT THE LETTER BECAUSE IT ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH! They need a DIFFERENT LETTER! And all this other crap that I was too mad about to listen to. Anyways we have to go back tomorrow. Guh! Mind you this is not a fun thing to run around and do when you have jetlag. So we spent £5.00 to go to school on the bus and back to get the retarded letter that the bank didn't want. -People [mostly girls so far] just walk staright into you and expect you to move. They're retarded and SO rude! Guh... They just walk along taking up the whole middle of the side walk so that you can't even walk around them without going on the road. Whatever. -Also I haven't yet heard a girl's voice/accent that I can actually stand. [Canadian radio is excellent.] -THE SQUIRRELS HERE ARE JYNORMOUS! [Thought you ought to know]. -Ni couldn't buy closets 'cause they wont get here for 6-8 weeks... I actually got one yesterday though and everyone likes it, we have to build it today ^^. it was extremely hard to get up to our Flat though... heh! I thnk we all hurt out backs. Ugh. -Also while writing this we are listening to the FOX on the internet and well apparently some guy in London was giving out business cards for his druggy business with his name and phone number on it along with a picture of a burning pot leaf... he was also bragging about how easy it was to sell drugs. Well he sure made it easy for the police to catch him didn't he. [retard] -Also apparently I live in the drug capital of England. Haven't seen any druggies yet.
I can't think of anything else right now but I'm sure you'll hear more of my "British troubles". Oh yes, I go to a BBQ on Thursday and tomorrow I have my first Spanish lesson. YAY! Now off I go to get a Jaffa cake. I miss Canada.

that means there's only 14 days till my sister gets here and probably 28 till i leave. wahoo. i've been so lazy lately.. yeah SO lazy. i have to draw two pictures for people [for money]... i should really get to that. and of course like most people... because i have to do these things i want to do my own thing quite a bit. i have almost four-ish more pages of plood done. well not done.. but inked and drawn and the other way around. went shooting, it was fun, i did okay i guess. i shot the cap off of the milk jug on purpose so i guess my aim was alright. yah! >.< and i knocked a can off the line... which i don't usually do [ever]. walked to qualicum on the beach for about 45 minutes with my dad... and roasted my back [which now i am so fortunate as to be sporting a nice red owie all over].. oh joy oh joy [aren't i enthusiastic?] talked to my sister today and she had really good ice cream apparently so i guess i can look forward to that when i leave. i packed my winter clothes into my suitcase... yeah and they filled it up all by themselves... isn't that wonderful? how am i going to pack the other half of my life now? ah well i have to wait for Ni to get here so that she can help me pack the rest up. the good thing is though... that i'm coming home for xmas... so i can leave some winter things home and wear them when i come back. whoo hoo. yeah, when Ni comes we'll go see Pirates of the Caribbean [again for me]. good stuff i always did like johnny depp... [yay for what's eating gilbert grape!] anyway...i'm'unna go draw somthing.

Um. Here you go: http://qwylle.topcities.com/ Kat's been bugging me for it so... Sorry though, I was going to fix it a little bit more first but I'm so bloody lazy so not all of the pictures are on the proper background. I was thinking about changing the whole thing all together but all my ideas are too complicated to make... Oh well I'll learn how to do in University anyways I guess. Kat's also suggested me making of more banners... So, I will when I have something good to make one out of... [plus the fact that I'm getting really tired of the name "Qwylle"] Read The Order Of The Phoenix... finished it at 3:00am yesterday... Ha ha! Then mum finished it at like 1:00am today... We're just nutty I guess. A couple of my friends inspired me to work on my manga-ish thing...so maybe I'll do that this summer... blah! I cute my hair off... yeah like a whole 4-6 inches.. whoop de dee. It keeps curling in the opposite directon of what I want. But what can you do... On the other hand... my dad gets a whole month off after tonight... and my sister is coming in about 37-38 days! Re-drawing Mersaithe for Kat - I guess I should work on Plood... Maybe since it's summer I'll try really hard. Nto that it matters... our placing in the Top 33 sucks.... but we never really expected it to do well... oh well, nothing's happened yet so... Must... go....... shooting...

Everyone's running around with yearbooks in their hands... I have like a total of two/three-ish and a half friends at school so my yearbook was almost going to remain bare. Heh heh. Well some people wrote in it but they mostly say... "I wish I would have gotten to known you better".. Ha har. One day until first exam... scary.. and then again not.. I can't really study for this one [English]. I should get a check and a half soon for artwork.. yay! I hardly even write in this thing..I honestly dont know why I have it.. oh well I'll write more when I move away because then I'll have something to tell (complain) people about.

Went to a wedding... err... Okay no. I was IN a wedding! [I was maid of honour]... And let me just say that... those shoes were PAINFUL... There is something about wearing a dress and funny little shoes that make my back go all wrong. [Very sore]. My cousin [bride] kept forgetting her bouquet. She was supposed to hand it to me to that her and the groom could hold hands and take their vows. She did that [pastor gave her a reminding nod] so then when her and her husband had to go and sign the book she was supposed to get the flowers back from me but she didn't. [Pastor came and got them from me. I almost thrust them in her face but decided against it at the last minute as I quietly hissed her name at her... unheard might I mention]. Then she came back [without her flowers -.o;] and her friend went up to sign the book as a witness and then came back and brought her flowers with her and handed them to my cousin... it was kind of funny. The groom's men were laughing at us and there were some giggles after everyone found out about the flowers... So later we went to the hospital to take pictures in the indoor garden in the lobby. [My grandpa is in the hospital right now - he broke his neck... don't worry his spinal cord is fine]... so we got to see him. The at reception [which up until then I had thought we got to get out of the back-aching dresses] but someone changed their minds because we had to stay in them while we ate dinner... [Hard enough to eat in front of 100+ people in comfortable clothes]... well I stole off later and changed [he hee, sneak] however while I was changing they tossed the bouquet [which I didn’t want to do anyways] but I also missed all the bachelors diving after the garter [which by the way wasn't a garter... it was just a belt]. You know how people tap glasses at the reception during dinner and the bride and groom kiss? Well it's a pain in ass... I mean what if you had this great big hunk of salad in your mouth and someone dinged a glass... Hey, they have to eat dinner too you know! So my cousin and her fiancé devised a plan.... *cackles* If you dinged a glass you had to reach in a cup and pull out a paper with a task on it. [Some embarrassing things] and you had to perform the task within ten seconds of reading it or you had to pay up five bucks! If you did the task then they'd kiss for them. He he... So every one started to ding their glasses at the dinner and their MC explained the kissin' rules. They gave one kiss for free at first and then there weren't very many brave souls to try the ding again... hee hee. Eventually my uncle got brave and had to make like a chicken through the tables. There was one piece of paper that no one got [thankfully] they would have had to have sang the first lines of "O Canada" in opera style. [The grooms parents had to sing "Wild Thing"]...

When my cousins friends get engaged, they guys take the groom out for a stag party... however, how they do it is kind of funny. This week my cousin's fiance was taken out for his... [hee hee]. When Derek came out of the apartment his friends jumped him and tied his hands behind his back [with those plastic thingies that you see in some movies in the place of handcuffs]. They also tied his feet together and then placed a scratchy rope around his neck and tied it behind him to his feet. If he moved his feet forward his neck would go back ... and vice versa. They then stuffed him in the trunck of their car and drove to nanaimo. [They took him see X-Men 2]... Then they took him paint balling and made him wear a bright coloured womens nightie [with a bullseye painted on the back of it] and forced him to run around so they could shoot him.
He didn't get as bad as some of his friends... One guy got dressed up as a girl, blindfolded and hung up outside a 7 eleven store, tied to a telephone poll for two hours with a big sign stuck to him saying "honk i'm getting married"... Another guy was tackled and thrown in a river, then he was tied up and was taken to mount washington and had matches shot at him from a gun. They are all so silly, but they are some of the nicest and neatest people that i've ever met.
Had a news paper interview... it was wierd... she took my pictire 3 times [none of them good of course] ... ick!
Going out for brunch tomorrow [for mother's day].
Mum cut my hair... it went all curly afterwards.. then it flatened out by the end of the day... i think i use too much conditioner...
My ickle-baby-fluff-cat turned five the other day... she's a sweety...

12:07 pm - Spring break.... fwu...
|
We (dad and I) went to a gun show in Duncan and saw lots of cool things (no doubt) and I got two indian swords (made in India). I got them both for 60$, which is good considering that there were bayonets and skinny little daggers priced at 100$-200$+. There was the cutest black powder gun and a bunch of things from the war. There were a lot of furs (including squirrels) and loads of fishing stuff too. Dad wanted one of the shotguns (with hammers) and it was so cute!... he didn't get it though (he already has one like it anyways).
Went to Victoria to meet the people who are going to buy the house my dad built. We brought papers to sign. They are actually the parents of the couple who bought the other house my dad built (which happens to be right next door). The property used to belong to my grandpa. He lived in the older house and my dad built one next to it and then subdivided the property. This means that we get MONEY... which also means... my University is ALL paid for... (which is hard to beleive).
Since we're selling the house,we have to move all of the stuff in it to the house that WE live in. So rigth now our house if full of really cool old things (plus MY furniture which is the bestest and I love so much). I think we brought up two end-tables, one coffee table, five chairs (two reclining, one rolly-polly fat one, one spinny one, and onefat porka stiff one), two dinning room tables and five chairs to match each, one big dresser (that's almost as tall as me), and one stool. My couch is also coming soon. And to make room for all of this we had to get rid of a couch (with a fold out bed inside), a chair, a table and a computer... can't remember anything else... My cousin is lucky, she got so much stuff from us (for free). She's moving out soon and we gave her a couple of chairs, offered her a table set... gave her a microwave and a pile of other things.
I took all of the stuff off my walls and washed them all down. Then I re-stuck stuff up and cleaned all the other stuff... I have a million boxes of things to give away and/or put in the attic, but I'm not done yet.
I broke my retainer so I have to go to the dentist today and get it glued back to my mouth... The glue tastes so horrible... it's the worst tasting thing I've ever tasted... I'm not looking forward to it.... I have one hour left until DOOM! I'm going to visit Kat and she'll love nothing but to watch me twitch as I wait 20 min-30 min until I can eat something to get the taste out of my mouth.... guh!
Ha ha, wont my dentist be thrilled (gramma just came over with hamburgers filled with onions).
So that is what we've been doing lately...

9:49 am - Update on me...
|
Wow. I rarely touch this thing. It makes me wonder why I have it... eh. Whatever.
I went on a field trip to Exile... All I can say is-- @o@!
I found my TOPSECRET art work plastered all over EVERYTHING! I had to use all my really good game work for my art exam, out of lack of having anything else to hand in. So I specificaly asked my teacher NOT to show anyone... And what does her do!? He made PRINTS of it and put it in his box of art to SHOW EVERYONE and PLASTER EVERYWHERE, where EVERYONE can see it! .....(which aims my mind to more murderous/maiming plots)..... ALSO (oh no, like he'd stop there), He had my SISTER'S stuff plastered everywhere too! And she doesn't even GO to the school anymore! I can bet you anything that she doesn't know that he had the stuff... But I can also bet you that she won't be surprised when I tell her.
For the first time this week I DIDN"T get 100% on my math quiz because I made three STUPID mistakes... (Argh!! (as Dart would have it...) or quite possibly URGH!!)...Oh well, in the end I did get the next one right... Plus the bonus... So maybe I'll eventually make up for all that stupid stuff.
Saturday I got me hair CHOPPED OFF!!!! Oooooooo sooooo short... Okay maybe not... But instead of being to my WAIST, is about mid back now. BUT it's alive again... Instead of being dead and ratty... Gah! I also went to the Fish and Game banquet... (Big hunter's banquet type thingy.) I went last year too. They had raffles and there was this pepsi can that was a little bigger that those Molsen Canadian Bubba beer cans.... AND IT WAS A BARBERQUE!!!! I wanted it so bad.... And of course I DIDN'T get it... BUT we did win a pair of Big Game Record books, whic is somewhat less interesting than a Pepsi can shaped barbeque... But at least we got something. So now I've had: Elk, Venison, Black Bear, Goose, Moose, Cougar, Grouse...etc. They also had a lot of sea food there too (raw and cooked)... I actually think I ate a piece of raw fish in my sushi....ahhh.... the goose meatballs were so gross looking, they looked like a goose crapped them out, (really) that's how I knew it was goose... And the bear meatballs looked like bear poo (yah) and so you can imagine how festive this was... Oh dear. But niether of them tasted like poo so it was all good... (couldn't look at the goose balls when I ate them though...) Over all it's like the bane of a vegetarian, which is kind of disgusting in itself... But still it's interesting.
I was supposed to go to a gun show today, but dad left without me (I don't think he took me seriously enough when said I was coming.)
Off to play LOD (like everyone else).

I hate it when things are so out of order. I have to go and get my picture taken and then at the same time be running off screen printed t-shirts and at the same time be at a year book meeting...fu. Today I wore all my black clothes so that if I got black ink on them it wouldn't hurt because I was wearing all black (ink doesn't was out EVER).... 'Cept I didn't get to print today so I carried around a bag full of t-shirts and wore all my black clothes for nothing... and just you wait I'll go and get ink all over something. I asked my art teacher if I could take my sculpture home and he said he wantedme to keep it there until he did a demonstartion about the kinds of things we could use on our sculptures (glazes etc), I told him I had a plan way before I finished it but NO! I had to leave it there over the weekend (presious time 0.0;). And of course I left it there only to find out (and there was no surprise) that I really don't like what my teacher had in mind for my sculpture.... So I asked if I could take it home again and he said I should really use "this" stuff on it so I told him that I really didn't like the way it looked besides he has crappy coloured glazes etc anyways. I think I'll stick to my own paints thank you. Then of course he tells the class how people always wreck their sculptures with acrylic paint (which might be partly because the school can't afford good acrylics...) and then kinda looks at me... nuff! He also tried to tell me how my ceramics was way differetn then what we are doign in class which there is no differewnce what so ever... he said he wanted me to learn how to use glazes so I told him that I'd been in ceramics for about 2 years and that's when he said (they're completely different). He doesn't listen to me very well and I'm quite sure he values his own words over mine... but oh well... I just grin and bear it and do what I want later... I'm looking at swords... oh I want so much.... they're about 194 bucks. On the other hand my NI and NAM are coming... in a couple of hours they'll levae home... ^^ YAY! My Kat made me a Ni-vent!!! (Like a countdown to xmas or new years but to Ni-vent)... And I get Month... maybe.... (Do you think he could count more organs if we cut off his head and placed it in front of him???) I had to go on a present box search... I had to empty the cerial box to be able to have a big enough box for my NI's present...^^ We got to go tramping through the bush today and get a christmas tree... it's not up yet though... (is wet). Dad got a gun in the mail today (a new .22) yay, and It's so cool cause you can carry the front of the gun inside the part you put against your shoulder. And it's really light... but it has a funny sight, you look through a little hole and over the center thingy... but it would be hard to use if the back drop was dark...other wise it would only work really good against the sky.... hrrmmm... tis a grouse gun! Off I go to make up some wierd and most likely awful yearbook cover.... plah!

11:27 am - 11 Days 'till Bryony!

See if you can guess any of these: Examples: 3F. = 1Y. (3 feet = 1 yard). 1B. in the H. = 2 in the B. (1 bird in the hand = 2 in the bush). ------------------------------------------------------- 8D.-24H. = 1W. 3P. = 6 E. - 8 = Z. 4J. + 4Q. + 4K. = All the F.C. 23Y. - 3Y. = 2D. Y. + 2D. = T S.& M.& T.& W.& T.& F.& S. are all D. of W. 4L.C. = G.L. 1+6Z. = 1M. H.H. & M.H. AT 12 = N. or M. A.& E. were in the G. of E. C.+ 6D. = N.Y.E. N.S. + N. + P.E.I. + N.B. = A.P. R.=R.=R.
See what you can get (I'll post answers later sometime).

Sorry for all of the wasted space lately but what was I to say? All I can say is that my mum reminds me of continuing titles like: "Star Wars: Episode I". This would have been "Mum: Episode III". 'nuff said.
Hee hee, dad and mum left the nurses chocolates ^^. I think they did befor too. Mum went in for a cat scan and it was donut shaped (dad wanted to stick a timmy hortons sticker on it) I think they should it would have made me smile if I had to go there. Me and dad were bad and went up and down the cargo and employee elevators kee kee... It was actually a nice short-cut.
Dad was driving up and down the island everyday for about 10 days (and driving absolutly kills his arm). Now he's out hunting 'cause walking is the only thing that can make it feel better. So I'm babyistting mom today and probably tomorrow too.
Entered a contest: First it goes out Provincially and then it will go Nationally, which means that if someone wins provincially the next step is up against all of Canada.... yikes! But the good thing is that you get 100$ for a provincial win and then 275$ for a national win (Plus a paid trip to Ottawa. Yeow!)..... so we'll see how far I get in that.
Painted a Tiger (on canvas) which I actually like. it was in acrylic which 've had nothing but bad experiences with (2 murals and four other things) but that doesn't count ceramics cause I always enjoy that.
The weather is the BEST today, if ever you wonder what I like it's days like this. Stormy wet days where the sun creeps through low with lots of sweet wind. I love it so much. Aslo when you drive back from town and the clouds make it dark but the sun shines in from behind you under the clouds and you can see all the spray everywhere and it shines over the water. The best!
I have 30 some odd pieces that "could" go in my "not so real" portfolio but I think I will down size that.
And Kat: I was Rue-ing and I've never had such joy than seeing Mint get run over with a boulder. HA!.... WEll that's not true but...kee kee keee, evilness. But it figuers she was sleeping...

11:10 am - Grassnesses

Poor Bill (computer), it has become a scrub-Bill's-brain-out day. He's having a hard time thinking...v---e-----r------y--------------s----------------l-----------------------o------------------------------------------w..... Spent this morning scanning for your utter happinesses, (will spend later scanning for you utter happinesses too...). Get to talk to Ni today! Get to tell her about everything, which doesn't seem like much but it turns into a good three hours of phone time between here and england... (But we're with Sears Connect (9 cents a minute to england ^^) makes not such a big phone bill mother is happy*). My cousin is staying with us now cause she got a job close by, but kinda lives over the mountain, so she'll stay with us when she works and stuff. I finally went and beat FF8 (aw ^^ *snivvles*)... sombody got way to tough for everything and beat it really fast.... I was originally plaing on getting three more things (Bahamut and Edens MUG, Expend X2-1, Expend X3-1 err whatever...) but I just decided that I didn't feel like waiting so I went in and thought oh well if I can't beat this time I'll just get the three things and beat it then. *Walks out 15 minutes later with a sad smiles on her face and tells her mom she beat it... yah!*...Since the end boss was so easy I'll go and try omega now... (feels silly- thought it would be hard...) in fact i thought it would be so hard that here I was... SeeD A level..... with Potions, potions+, Hi-Potions, Hi Potions+, X Potions, Elixers, Megalixers, Mega Phoenixes, Remedys, Remedy+s,...etc.... every thing (it was fun and I was kickin ass.... ^^) I think I used about .2 of everything I had..... - Auras of course... ^^ Good fun! Wants to go and play with Maya, Auto Cad, Lightwave, and 3D Studio now.... ^^ (but instead goes outside and rakes the grass)
